一 |     (ECNS) -- China's Zhang Shuai and Czech partner Katerina Siniakova won the women's doubles title at the WTA 1000 event in Toronto on Thursday, defeating Sara Errani of Italy and Nicole Melichar-Martinez of the United States 6-3, 6-4 in the final.    It was Zhang’s fourth doubles title of the season, following wins in Adelaide, at the Australian Open and in Linz, and her second career WTA 1000 doubles trophy after Cincinnati in 2021.        Zhang, 37, reached the Canadian Open doubles final for the second straight year, having finished runner-up in 2025.    After the match, she thanked Siniakova and Chinese fans in attendance, saying their support made the event feel like playing at home.    (By Helen Mo, intern Yang Hongran)                    。

三 | 副市长袁伶，县委副书记，县长、东戴河新区党工委书记韩景生等东戴河新区领导陪同调研。

四 |          　　蔡睿首先来到东戴河带土移植转化中心，观看宣传片，参观了展厅，详细了解带土移植转化中心的发展状况。他说，科技创新是推动经济高质量发展的关键引擎，希望绥中县能够充分发挥辽宁（东戴河）带土移植转化中心的作用，优化创新创业环境，吸引更多优秀人才和创新团队落户。同时，要推进产学研深度融合，深化科技交流与合作，推动科技成果在绥中落地生根、开花结果，为实现全面振兴、全方位振兴提供科技支撑。         　　蔡睿一行还走访了辽宁伊菲科技股份有限公司、辽宁鸿瑞科技开发有限公司和绥中泰德尔自控设备有限公司，实地察看了企业的生产车间、产品展示中心等处，与企业负责人和技术人员就生产经营、科技创新和未来发展等内容进行深入交流。

五 | 蔡睿对绥中县创新工作取得的阶段性成果给予肯定，并鼓励企业加大研发投入，提升自主创新能力，积极参加国家和省级重大科技项目，不断增强市场竞争力。
